Thirty years as an Executive leader in CPG taught me to recognize talent, and now I use this skillset as an Executive Recruiter. I have been recruiting for large manufacturers since 2018.
Since establishing TPE Search, I have placed candidates in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Category Development, Executive Sales, Sales Training, Human resources, Plant Management, Data Science, Social/Digital Medial, Analytics, Operations, and General Management, all leadership positions. I also place developing talent into “High Potential/Future Leader” roles.
TPE Search has been specializing in the CPG, Mobility, and Building Materials Industries. I am comfortable taking on any challenge, regardless of role type or industry. Before TPE Search, I held multiple Team Leader & Sales Executive Leadership roles leading large multi-functional customer teams, including Wal-Mart, Albertsons, Petco/PetSmart, Wholesales & Distributors, and I served in multiple internal, HQ-based Sales Leadership assignments.
I have always been, and continue to be, proud of my accomplishments leading up to becoming an Executive Recruiter. As life tends to do, everything along our journey happens for a reason, and my journey led me to where I am today, which is incredible!
