I am originally from Lubbock, Texas, and a Marketing graduate of The University of Texas. I joined Procter & Gamble off campus and worked there for twenty-six years, progressing through ten Sales/Team Leadership assignments during my twenty-six years. P&G’s consistent focus on principles, values, and people taught me how to identify contenders vs. pretenders and guided me in staffing my multi-functional teams with the best possible talent.
I took an early retirement offer from P&G and went to work for Big Heart Pet Brands/JM Smucker managing their largest customer team. After four years, Smuckers purchased Big Heart Pet Brands, and I took a separation package. It was then I decided to leverage my skills as an Executive Recruiter.
TPE Search was established in 2018. As a boutique recruiter, I offer what you want and need without all the fluff associated with large recruiting agencies. I will structure specific win/win/win search plans that benefit all parties involved!

I find recruiting is like working for P&G in that the process drives successful recruiting, not the specific role. My recruiting experience includes the mobility/automotive, building materials, and CPG industries.
As for me personally, I am divorced, have two sons, the son of an electrician and a lover of life! For fun, I write and record music and play the electric bass and guitar. I love snow-skiing, am an IKON season pass holder, ski California’s Mammoth Mountain regularly, and enjoy travel.
I live in San Diego and recruit Nationwide, primarily for large manufacturers.
